Based in Sassano, in the heart of the Cilento National Park, I Sapori del Vallo is an artisan company that produces pasta according to ancient recipes.

Our production, handed down from mother to daughter, contains tradition and quality as the secret ingredients to our nearly 30 years of success.

I Sapori del Cilento was created in 1994 based on the intuition of the owner Salvatore Calandriello who, together with his wife Francesca, decided to invest in the tradition and quality of the flavours of their land. Together with their children Rosaria, Donatella and Donato, Salvatore has created a company to bring authentic homemade pasta to your table. Just like it used to be.

Pasta packaged on site

We are always very careful to place tradition and quality first. This is why we package our pasta directly at the factory, so each product stays as fresh as if it were just made.

In the summer of 2019, we moved to a new plant in the industrial area of Sassano, a modern, cutting-edge plant based on new technologies with respect for craftsmanship.

Immediate packaging and quick delivery mean that our pasta has become a flagship product not only in Italy, but also abroad. Our I Sapori del Vallo handmade products are proudly exported to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.
